At Flex Roofing we strive to bring the best and most affordable roof restorations, repair work and roof maintenance to our customers in the Wellington region.
We specialize in restorating concrete tile, decramastic tile (chipped or pressed metal) and iron roofs of any type.

The restoration process for most roof's require the same steps:
*Water blasting, cleaning and washing down the roof
*Washing the house down
*Replacement or repair work of anything required
*Ensuring the roof is watertight
*Treatment of any surface rust
*Ensuring all flashings are secure
*Sealing roofs
*Re-coating, chip work and top coating
*Painting flashings
*Washing out all gutters after the restoration is complete
